Paso Robles, Calif. – On the corner of 4th and Spring Streets, grading for the future Oxford Suites Paso Robles has begun. Currently, the project team is working with the City of Paso Robles’ Building Department towards approved construction plans and building permits.

Expected to open in early 2019, the project will be completed in two phases. The first phase will include 100 suites, as well as conference space, a breakfast and reception area, and a fitness center. The second phase is planned to include an additional 40 rooms and meeting space. Owned by OS Innco, Inc., the hotel will be operated by Oxford Corporate.

Once completed, the Oxford Suites Paso Robles will be the newest member of the Oxford Corporate family – a collection of 17 properties throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California. Every Oxford Corporate property is individually designed to capture the unique characteristics of the communities they serve. In Paso Robles, guests can expect a design theme rooted in a warm, inviting, agricultural feel to complement the area’s beautiful landscape and rich heritage.

Capable of hosting both business and leisure travelers, the executive suite hotel will offer the Oxford Suites’ signature complimentary amenities including a full hot breakfast buffet, evening reception, wireless internet, parking and more. In addition to an exercise facility and breakfast and reception area, the hotel will also have electric car charging stations and an outdoor pool and spa. On-site catering will be available for meetings or conferences.

This hotel will follow the summer 2017 opening of the brand new Oxford Suites Sonoma County – Rohnert Park in Rohnert Park, California.
